Waterway Landing is a beautifully decorated, comfortable condo complex located on the Intracoastal Waterway on 2nd Ave North in North Myrtle Beach. The gated community is quiet, private and offers 2 community fenced in pools with hot tub. Five waterway piers can be used by guests for viewing, grilling, picnic areas or fishing the Intracoastal Waterway. Close to Hwy 17 and easily accessible off Hwy 31. You can easily get to the beach, O. D. Pavilion, shopping, restaurants and other attractions. Ocean Drive Beach is only 1.5 miles away.
