Vacation Rental Description

Yellowstone Getaway has two enjoyable living areas.  
A large yet cozy living room with a fireplace, a large family room 
with fireplace and home theater system with over 70 DVD titles.  
 
 
There's also a loft just above the kitchen with games, puzzles, books 
and activities for everyone in your group.  
 
There's a sunny, wrap-around screened porch at the front of the house. 
 
Yellowstone Getaway is only 15 minutes from the north entrance to 
Yellowstone National Park which is the only entrance open all year.  
Behind the house is the trail head to an extensive wilderness area. 
 
Wireless internet access is available throughout. 
 
The expansive kitchen seats 12+ comfortably and has many extras-- 
including a large island made of beautiful locally mined Montana  
travertine.  
It’s fully stocked and ready to use with organic coffee, teas,  
gourmet spices, olive oil and vinegar in the cupboard. It has  
service for 12, lots of pots, bowls, utensils, towels and paper  
goods.  
 
There are 5 comfortable bedrooms and 3 baths. 
 
The Lookout Tower bedroom displays 360-degree vistas. A day/trundle 
bed as well as a pullout futon make it a perfect kid’s getaway room.  
 
The Calico Room master suite has a king bed and tiled bath.  
 
The Cowboy Corral has a set of bunk beds plus a single.  
 
The Rose Room a full bed. 
 
Fisherman's Rest a queen bed.  
 
There's a raised, inflatable queen bed, a porta crib and toddler bed. 
All beds have down blankets or comforters. 
 
A 6-person hot tub is outside. An aromatic infrared cedar sauna  
is inside.  
 
There are two barbecue grills. A Weber 3-burner gas grill and a  
unique, Napoleon charcoal grill. There's cedar furniture on the  
porch and wrought iron chaise lounges for the outside.

national forest and Yellowstone Park, Wildlife viewing: elk,  
antelope, deer, bison, eagles and the occasional Montanan, Chico Hot  
Springs, Town of Gardiner,Montana: restaurants, gift shops,  
outfitters and guides, the awesome Beartooth Highway is a drive  
through Yellowstone away, A beautiful ride away are the larger towns  
of Livingston and Bozeman, Montana.

Vacation Rental Rates

Daily rates: $425-$575 [7 night minimum 5/15-9/15] 
Weekly rates: $2450-$2970 up to 12 additional rates for 13+ 
A $500 Security deposit is required to hold a reservation. Security 
deposit is returned 3-4 weeks after vacation (minus $225 cleaning  
fees). 
The entire amount is due 60 days prior to 1st day of occupancy 
Deposit may be refunded minus a $150 processing fee if during peak  
season and the reserved time can be re booked.  
Deposit will not be refunded if canceled less than 90 days before  
first day of occupancy. 
Unrefundable deposit may be used (at owners discretion) towards a  
future booking of equal or greater time.
