Vacation Rental Description

Enjoy a breathtaking view day or night from our bright, sunny 
penthouse condo in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico.  We are in a small, 
intimate 10 unit complex called Vista Mar which is approx. 8 years 
old. The grounds of the complex are inviting, comfortable, and very 
relaxing.  The lush vegetation allows you to appreciate the tropical 
paradise you are in. 

Our condo is nestled on the hillside of "Old Vallarta" which 
is on the south side of Puerto Vallarta.  With two balconies and a 
rooftop terrace you get to enjoy the spectacular view of the city of 
Puerto Vallarta and the ocean any time of the day or night from any 
level.  

You cannot imagine from the outside of the condo what awaits you 
inside, the view is absolutely spectacular.  Our condo has three 
levels, is well kept, clean, bright and cheery and very welcoming.  
The main level has a full kitchen, dining room, bathroom, living 
room and spacious balcony that you can enjoy the breathtaking view 
that surrounds you.  We love the refreshing breeze from the ocean 
that is felt throughout the condo when the balcony doors are opened, 
they expand from wall to wall on the main floor and the second floor 
allowing you to enjoy this magnificent view to the fullest.  All our 
windows are screened for your convenience. You can enjoy the feel of 
old Mexico with the handmade Mexican furniture and flooring 
throughout our condo.  When you stay here you can enjoy the privacy 
and spacious living areas our condo has to offer and the fully 
equipped kitchen gives you the choice of preparing some or all of 
your meals at home.  The spiral staircase takes you up to the second 
level that has a master bedroom, spare bedroom and a bathroom.  The 
master bedroom has a king size bed that hosts a spectacular ocean 
view from your kingsize bed through the arched Mexican window and the wall to 
wall balcony doors that open onto its own private balcony gives you 
a breathtaking city and ocean view. The spare bedroom also hosts
a king size bed. The spiral staircase continues up to the 
roof top terrace, where you get view of the jungle, 
ocean and city.   Or you can enjoy the sun on the rooftop terrace.

Don't forget your binoculars so you can watch the ships and yachts 
passing by in the bay, or you might get lucky and spot a whale 
swimming in the ocean.  

Watch the fireworks that are set off nightly along with the view of 
the beautiful city lights. We are truly blessed with the climate, 
the ocean, the city and the jungle in this tropical paradise. Any 
time of the year is a great time to be here and has something 
different to offer. Or just relax and take a dip in our heated pool, 
and relax in our lounge area.     
 
We want this to be your vacation home away from home and we want you 
to return.

Activities and Attractions

Our excellent location in Puerto Vallarta or "Old Vallarta" allows 
you to have access to all the amenities right at your fingertips and 
enjoy the exictement of the day or night and then slip away and 
enjoy your privacy and relax in your home away from home.  Cabs are 
cheap, walking is great exercise and Puerto Vallarta has a excellent 
bus system that allows you to hop on and ride for next to nothing 
and get off where you wish, stay in the city or take a day trip 
outside to one of the small towns.  You are 5-10 minute walking 
distance to the famous malecon, the popular Los Muertos Beach and 
the romantic zone. At the pier on the main beach you can pick up a 
water taxis or a day cruise and go out for the day to some of the 
secluded beaches and restaurants, snorkling, whale watching or 
fishing.  

Hiking, Golfing, Marina, Beachcombing, Bird Watching, Art Galleries, 
Beaches, Swimming, Sailing, Deep Sea Fishing, Tennis, Walking Tours, 
Grocery Stores, Outdoor Markets with all types of wares, Fresh Fish 
and Produce, Talevera Factory, Tequilla Factory, Scuba Diving, Water 
Skiing, Pier Fishing, Mountain Climbing, Tropical Tours, City Tours, 
Excellent restaurants or Yatching.

grocery shop etc.when you are on your holiday. Our guests have found
