Deluxe Beachview Waikiki Condo...Steps to the Sand in Waikiki

Owners response: Aloha: sory for couple of issues. These are sampe brochure shots,which we advised client when booking. This was only condo categorgy available that
met clients need of king beddng and sofa sleper, high floor with lagoon view - which is exactly what this unit was/1- bedroom ocean lagoon view. Sorry for any confusion on category. Had a beaiful Ocean-lagoon view.

We were told of couple of probems, and had managemetn compnay come up next day and repair the curtains and pop in mattress pad for sofa sleeper, which he fails to mention.

Client did receive what he specifically asked for , 1-br ocean lagoon view, high floor

We were there for him immediately, took care of above, and also arranged showing for another unit following morning. He did not like the 2nd unit, so decided to stay at original condo. Other one had 'marina views' and these are bit more expensive. We would have waived any other fees, but he did not want to move.

We always try our best to satisfy each guest. We were very nice in all of our dealings with him and extremnely quick in response time. Unfortunaely, can't plesae everyone.

A majority of our client really enjoys the property, and we have several repeat clients as well.

Owners response: Aloha: we apologize for oversight of management company on cleaning delay, whom we made aware of situation - this was the first time this happened, It is also unaccepatable to us, and we'll make monetary adjustment on first nigth stay. As soon as we learned of situation, we immediately contacted management/cleaning comppany and it was taken care of. Condo was then cleaned im the next couple of hours.

There were issues with original condo and we needed to move them to another unit, prior to finalizing payment on their reservations They were agreeable to this before we took payment, not afterwords. This was approximately 30 days prior to arrival and before any confirmations were sent. They were given the option of not proceeding with booking. This was the only time this has ever happened..condo operators do reserve the right to move units in case of acts not under our control. We will still offer adjustment on booking.

For the record, We pride ourselves on exemplaray customer service for all of our cleints, and always provide emergency numbers in case any issues arrise, and our cliens need help. We are always there for our clients, and are available 7 days a week for any situattions that arise. We do extensive
repeat business with hudreds of satisifed clients.

On Missing Gift Basket - we were never notified, will send adjusment check.
So sorry.

You should have advised us of your honeymoon..belated congrats!

For cleaning delay, we will make adjustment on first nigth of reservation. For view change - even though was beyond our control - will also make adjustment on nightly rate; and will send $45 check for gift basket.
