"Welcome to the Cowboy Lodge Bed & Breakfast... where you make your own bed & breakfast!!" Come to the "Cowboy Lodge" if you are looking to relax, or to make memories with your friends & family. A place where you can sit above the river on a large deck and listen to the sounds of flowing water over the rocks, wild goats bellowing as they climb on the 400 ft. cliff across the river, or tubers having fun as they pass by. You can also watch wild turkeys, deer, and a wide variety of bird-life.
This is a newly constructed luxurious 3BR/3Bath home right on the Guadalupe River between the 2nd & 3rd River crossings on River Road in the community of Cliffview. The Cowboy Lodge sleeps 10 guests comfortably. Open kitchen/dining/living room with many extra ammenities. Granite countertops with large island for extra seating in the full kitchen which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware. It also has a washer and dryer for your convenience.

**The new "Disposable Container Law" effects ONLY properties located within the City Limits of New Braunfels. Our property is located outside of the City Limits!
You have direct access to 460 ft. of the Guadalupe River with tube rental and shuttle on site. Just outside is great fishing or just watching tubers/boaters from the deck. You can also take your lawn chairs down to the banks on the pebble beach or grassy areas. The Lodge has two private outdoor areas with personal BBQ pit, porch swing, tables and extra seating. It also has a grassy yard directly behind the lodge for outdoor games. It has a gated entry for security and covered parking beneath the house.

Master Bedroom - King with full bath (also has t.v.)
#2 BR - King
#3 BR - "Bunk Room" (2 Sets of Full beds w/twins on top) has t.v. for viewing dvds. Below is a full bath for cleaning up after having a fun time in the river.
