refreshing walk along 5 miles of wide, flat, white-sand beaches,
visit our historic museums, and take a tour to watch the dolphins
play or dine on the finest seafood. We are only a 15 minute drive
away from historic downtown Savannah, with its squares and fine
dining, tours and monuments. Or, take the shuttle bus from Tybee
Island to Savannah and visit movie locations of "Forrest Gump"
and "Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, dine at the world
famous "Lady and Sons" and take our ever famous hearse ghost tour or
haunted pub crawl.
Tybee Island stands at the mouth of the Savannah River and the
lighthouse has cast its friendly beacon across the Atlantic Ocean
since 1736. You've just got to see the beauty of its light from the
