The Lake House on Grand is a family owned home with a magical setting on North Beach. A 30 second, level stroll brings you to the beach and Lake Michigan. Just around the corner is the Harbor Walk on the Black River. What a wonderful place to relax, read a good book or just watch the parade of boats going by.
The Lake House is located just a short stroll from marinas, the park and downtown South Haven. The Maritime Museum and our old fashioned movie theatre are within walking distance too.
Leave your car at the beach. You won’t need it!

Dining area seats 14-16, laundry, 1 1/2 baths and the men's shower. Back Patio with picnic table, storage for bikes and beach gear. Gas grill.
Upper Level** Master Bedroom king sleeps 2 with great views, Master Bath with oversized shower, Second bedroom, double sleeps 2, single sofa sleeper sleeps 1, great views and private balcony, Front Bedroom, queen sleeps 2 with bunkbeds for 2. Additional bathroom on this floor.

Save $100.00 by reserving the June 23-30 week. All other available weeks are $4000.00 per week. The rates are all inclusive of fees, taxes and housekeeping charges. The rate you see is the rate you pay! All rental periods require a $500.00 security deposit. A 50% deposit is required at time of booking with the remaining balance due 30 days prior to rental. For your protection I will never ask for rental payment in cash, wire transfer or instant money transfers.
