Sprawling Ranch Home with Pool Steps to Beach in Fort Myers Beach

Welcome to 1 Glenview, a sprawling ranch home with 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a private heated pool, located on a canal mid island. It can accommodate 6 guests.

A hot tubamidst a zen garden greets you as you enter this lovely home. What a way to invite you to relax! You will immediately get the “comfort of home” feeling from the cozy set up of the
living  and dining area. A new sofa, easy chairs and a large flat screen TV/DVD complete the living area.

Walk through the living room into another wonderful space. The open concept living, kitchen and office area is a great gathering place for family and friends. Catch the morning news or conduct a little business if you must. Sit at the bar or lounge in the wicker furniture and plan the day’s events. Step down into the lanai, where you can cool off with a dip in the solar heated pool. Fish from the dock or just park yourself on the dockside bench and take in the canal activity. Later, enjoy a beverage from the outdoor fridge while watching the game on the lanai TV.

The kitchen is unique with its two cooking areas. A separate Jenn Air cook top and island is yet another meeting spot. The garage is right off the kitchen complete with brand new stackable washer and dryer for your convenience.

The tastefully decorated master bedroom has a king bed, an oversized leather chair for relaxing, in-room TV, and an ensuite bathroom. Step just outside the master and have your morning coffee in the breakfast nook. The first bedroom has two twin beds and a TV. The middle bedroom has a queen bed and a TV. There is a full bath in the hallway.

This home has it all, including high speed cable internet, but don’t forget to take a short walk right down the street to our seven miles of sugar sand beach. You won’t want to miss our exceptional
sunsets.

For a truly relaxing vacation, we offer a full concierge service that include daily housekeeping and turn down service. We can arrange to have specials items waiting for you or that certain someone.
Groceries, champagne, fresh fruit baskets, limo-dinner packages are some of the things we can arrange to make your stay unforgettable.

Do you need a crib, playpen or high chair for the little one? Kayaks to explore Estero bay? Golf clubs so you don’t have to transport yours? We offer rentals for lots of things that you may need or don’t
want to bring with you. Let us know. Everything is delivered and picked up on your departure date. Our goal is for you to relax, enjoy and begin planning next year’s trip!

Take time to explore the island. A trolley, at fifty cents per person runs south to Lovers Key State Park where you can swim, shell and bird watch. Maybe you’ll be lucky enough to catch sight of dolphins frolicking. On your return trip, stop off at Santini Mall where you can visit
unique shops and restaurants.

There is plenty to keep you busy after a day of sunning. At our Beach theatre, you can order a meal, relax in comfy swivel chairs and watch a movie. Later, take trolley north just three miles to Time Square for shopping, eateries and night life.

Enjoy a day or evening out on the Big M Casino boat or take the ferry to Key West. The Fort Myers
beach golf course is right down the street if a round of golf is on your agenda. Further out, you can visit the Ford and Edison Museums, The Imaginarium, Calusa Nature Center, the Naples Zoo or take and airboat or swamp buggy ride through theEverglades.

Off Season –  $1000-$1300/week, $2000-$2500/month

Peak Season – $1700-$2400/week, $4000-$5500/month

Add a $40 nonrefundable booking fee, a $75 nonrefundable damage waiver, $140 clean fee, and 11% tax to the above rates.
