Bliss By The Sea is a luxurious beach house in WaterSound that sleeps 16! With five bedrooms, five and one half baths plus a one bedroom one bath carriage house, and a brand new sleeper sofa added July 21! A true luxury beach house just feet away from the amazing white sandy beach.  Over 3318 square feet and ideally located in Watersound Beach on the ocean side of Scenic 30a!

Bliss By The Sea has a large shared pool just a few yards away from the house and captures the architectural style and relaxed atmosphere of the Caribbean.

This home is professionally decorated and most floors are stained Australian Cypress hardwood with area rugs. The bedrooms and porches feature ceiling fans.
Bliss By The Sea offers all the privacy guests are looking for and the convenience of a short "boardwalk" stroll to the beach or the center of Watersound for lunch/activities. You'll be amazed at a view that one usually only dreams about! Plan your day around sunsets, and just wait to see which type you'll experience, as the sun sinks into the Gulf.

The bedrooms are unique with high thread count cotton sheets, comforters or quilts. Each bedroom (except the bunkroom) features a private bath with glass tile floors and granite vanities. The master bath features a walk in shower with a rain head. The living room has a vaulted ceiling with beautiful crown molding and is perfect for entertaining.The room features a 55" plasma flat screen TV with surround sound and speakers located throughout the house including the bedrooms. There is a DVD and CD player for your complete entertainment pleasure. The living area opens to the outdoor porch with a pair of french doors.

The Dining Room and Kitchen are sure to please even the most discriminating cook. The fully stocked kitchen features a 6 burner WOLFE gas cooktop with a 42" range and vent hood. The stainless Sub Zero refrigerator, microwave and separate wine cooler not only makes this kitchen functional but beautiful as well. There is an island for casual dining. The kitchen showcases beautiful Waterworks fixtures that complete the look.

This home boasts of amazing views from both the main level and the 3rd floor Cupola. This level has 4 twin beds and an amazing view of the gulf that any vacationer will find breathtaking.

The carriage house is a one bedroom/one bath home attached to the main house, with approximatly 500 square feet of space. The bathroom has a granite counter and the living area has an apartment size sleeper sofa and an over stuffed chair. The kitchen features stainless appliances including a dishdrawer and refrigerator. A great escape from the hustle of the main house! Perfect for the nanny, teenager, or couple who long for some peacful quite time.

Enjoy the "private" outdoor shower after a long day at the beach. There is also a large stainless outdoor gas grill for those special summer meals.

• A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
• Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.

We will not have a membership to the WaterSound Beach Club therefore, guests will NOT have access to the club for the 2012 season. However, Bliss By The Sea is only one house away from the large gorgeous Dunesider Pool. We do not have a golf cart, but we are also only two houses from the beach!
