Palms Breeze II in Destin

Our Palms Breeze II house is Three BEDROOMS and TWO FULL bath and PRIVATE POOL  located in the quiet Paradise Retreat community and is within one block from the most prestigious Miramar beach beaches.  This absolutely gorgeous house is
decorated with splendid paint style, nice comfortable modern furniture, and porcelain tiles floor throughout the entire house. 
Granite countertop in the kitchen and stainless Steel appliances. It is an easy short stroll in a wonderful subdivision to the White Sugar Sand beaches of the Golf Coast. There are a lot shopping, restaurants, mini golf, go karts and much more all within 2 miles. We have next door property listed at vacationrentals/68472 if you have large group and need more space.

CANCELATION POLICY:

Cancel 60 days prior to arrive date- receive full deposit refund.

Cancel 4 weeks prior to arrival date- receive 50% rental payment.

Cancel less than 2 weeks prior to arrive date- forfeit rental payment.

The house has 3 furnished bedrooms which includes 1
King size master bedroom. 1 queen size beds, 1 room with double and twin’s
beds, and TWO rollaway beds.This beautiful house has central A/C and heat, ceiling fans in every room, cable TV, DVD player, wireless internet and local telephone and a gas grill on the patio by the private pool.  We also include bed linens, towels, cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates and silver ware. Private pool. A 40" LCD TV. Free Wi-Fi internet connection. Large master bedroom with walk-in closet and
private large bath offers king size bed and a TV. We have beach chairs, umbrella, boggy boards and wagon to take to the beach.

Besides the wonderful white sand beach and beautiful sunriseand sunset views, there are plenty to do within a few miles around you.  Enjoy golfing, miniature golf, amusement parks, movie cinemas, sightseeing, boating, parasailing, surfing, jet-skiing, a variety of restaurants, shopping and much more. Golf!  There are 10 golf courses in the area within 5 miles!  Shopping is big in Destin!  Lots of touristy shops as well as the Destin Commons Mall and the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall (touted as the biggest Designer Outlet Mall in the country!).  You'll also find lots of restaurants, Big Kahunas Water Park, boat rentals, jet skiiing, Dolphin cruises, Dinner Cruises, Deep Sea Fishing, Para-Sailing, etc.  Lots of beach and water sports!  Don't miss the bumper boats, the bungee jumping, miniature golf, go kart racing, etc.  Lot's of activities, too many to name!

spring  3 March - 13 April, $1950 a week, $350 a night, 5 nights minimum.

April 13 - May 18 - $ 1450 per week.  $250 a night/ 4 nights minimum

Peak Summer May 25 - Aug 17-  $1950 per week.

Aug 17- Sep 21, 2013...$1550 per week; $220/night (4 nights minimum)

Fall late Sep, Oct, Nov - $ 1050 per week.  $175 a night ( 4 nights minimum).

Winter- Dec, Jan, Feb 2014 -   $850 Per week. $150 a night (4 night minimum)

 ADDITIONAL CHARGES FOR HOLIDAY WEEKS AND SPRING BREAK.

Total= rate + $150 cleaning + 12 % FL tax + $500 refundable security damage deposit.

Snowbirds $1750 a monthfor a family of two to end of Feb 2014

Refundable security deposit $500 is due to secure home. Balance of rent, tax, cleaning fees must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. 

Damage Deposit $500 is refunded 2-3 days after check-out if home is left in good order.

Credit Cards: visa, MasterCard, are accepted with 3% charge on credit card payment.

This is no smoking property and small pets may allowed with a $100 charge for pet. Maximum Occupancy is limited to 8 (this includes adults, children, toddlers & infants).
