This beautifully appointed property features two full bedrooms, one with TV and 2 baths, a spacious family room with big screen TV, a smaller living room and a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook. It comfortably sleeps 5 people, but allows for bigger groups as well. (See amenities)

The maximum rate includes full access to 2 Bed/ 2 bath, Kitchen, Brkfst, Sitting Room, Balcony with City View, Game Room, Big Screen TV, Commercial Size Treadmill. Although you'll probably want to walk the hills around the neighborhood.
Three (3) night minimum; $200 per night for 3 nights; $180 per night for 4 to 6 nights; $170 for 7 to 9 nights; $150 per night for 10 nights or more. (These rates are for 6 people or less). Add $25 per person per night over 6 people.
