Our spacious, 1700-plus-square-foot condominium, located on the 11th floor,
gives spectacular ocean views from the huge private balcony accessed by both
the living room and master bedroom. A fully-equipped kitchen with all
appliances, granite countertops in kitchen and baths, ceramic tile and plush
carpeting underfoot are just a few of the upgrades you would expect in this
beautifully decorated condominium.

The large master suite is fabulous with walk-in closets, a whirlpool garden tub
with separate shower and double sinks, and a king-sized bed. The second bedroom
has two queen-size beds with an adjoining bathroom, and bedroom number three
has one queen with a bathroom just outside the door. All bedrooms provide
ceiling fans, large TVs, DVD, and VCR players for your enjoyment. The large
comfortable living area offers queen-sized sleeper sofa and looks out to the
huge balcony with breathtaking ocean views and breezes.Two 32" TV's in two
bedrooms.


The amenities are almost too many to mention. But, let's start with the
oceanfront water recreation area, featuring large indoor and outdoor pools,
indoor and outdoor whirlpools, an oceanfront kiddie pool, a lazy river ride, an
exercise and fitness room and very convenient access to the wide sandy beaches
of the Atlantic Ocean. Just grab your beach bag, throw that towel over your
shoulder, take along your favorite book and some sunscreen and you're set for a
relaxing day in the warm Southern sunshine. You may also want to take advantage
of an oceanfront playground with walking trails.

The only thing that matches the spectacular outdoor and water amenities is the
beautifully appointed interior design of this exquisite condominium home.
You'll love eating in with a large fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite
