This beautiful spacious home was built in 2004. It has a heated pool
and is a 3 minute drive or short walk to the beach. It is in a
convenient location, with a desirable southern exposure. It has a
large open floor plan, cathedral ceilings, granite countertops, tile
floors throughout the living and dining areas, a private heated pool
with waterfall, outdoor shower and pool bath.
This desirable location is close to beaches, restaurants and
shopping. It is about a mile to Vanderbilt beach and the Ritz
Carlton. A complimentary parking pass to Delnor-Wiggins Pass State
Park (another beautiful beach on the gulf) is included with rental.
This lovely, tastefully decorated home has three bedrooms, the master
bedroom has a king bed with sliders to pool area. The second bedroom
has a queen size bed. The third bedroom is equipped with two twin
beds. There is a fully equipped kitchen and all towels and linens are
provided. There are bikes available for your use and beach chairs and
towels are also provided.
This Naples home is a perfect year-round vacation location!
