The kitchen overlooks the living/dining area and has everything a vacationing chef could want.  There is also a laundry room in the unit.  There is parking for one car in the under building garage.  This second floor condo offers views to the southeast with beautiful sunrises over the lush vegetation/conservation lands and all the way to the Ponce De Leon Lighthouse.       

The Harbour Village community features a unique Marina lifestyle in a gated community. There is a private clubhouse with social room and restaurant, heated swimming pool and more.  The property is situated around a 142 slip deep water marina with utilities available at each slip.
