This 7 room 2 bath expanded Cape is tastefully all that is Cape
Cod. It has the rustic charm of a beach house yet classic enough to
entertain the discerning. It is a walk across the street to a
private Falmouth beach and a spectacular view of the Vineyard from
the 40' deck. Come experience the peace and tranquility that only a
lazy day on your deck overlooking the ocean can provide.

8 x 40 foot deck with chaise lounges, chairs, umbrella, 'monster'
grill, and outdoor shower, complete kitchen with more gadgets than
you probably have at home including dishwasher, microwave, toaster,
coffee maker and everything you need for a good lobster feast!
WiFi, TV's, VCR's, DVD player, movies galore and even clock radios if you
ever need them. Of course beach chairs, umbrellas and toys too.

This we will leave completely up to you because when I go to the
Cape house the word 'activity' is not in my vocabulary :)!
