Spotless home on saltwater canal with own boat launch to launch our two man kayak! Fish our own dock. Walk, bike, kayak or drive to beach and pool overlooking bay and dolphins. Three queen beds and one single bed. Printer, Fax, High Speed Internet and free unlimited calling to Canada and the States. Lots of family games, cd`s, over 100 movies and two tv`s to watch them on. Separate family room with new leather reclining couches overlooking canal. Nature is everywhere you look. Lots of eagles, osprey, heron`s and pelicans visiting each day. We love it here! We can also recommend things to do from free to expensive as we know the area well. Please message me for more pictures. Weekly price is $475 to 550. Will rent monthly as well. Rates are for four people. Everyone who has rented our home has rated it 5 out of 5 for value, cleanliness and comfort. Port Charlotte is rated in the top ten for best and safest place to live in the United States.

We have tried to include everything you will need for your stay, including all pots, pans, and dinnerware as well as towels and bed linens. There are also beach towels, beach blankets, beach chairs and a beach radio. Over 100 movies and several family games including Monopoly, Life, Scrabble, Apples to Apples, Cards, Crib, etc...excellent family vacation home! Don't forget the free two man kayak...seconds to the dolphins in the bay. Or if you desire there are two adult bikes.
