“Ada’s Flat” is located in Rosemary Beach overlooking St. Augustine Park. Ada’s Flat is well furnished and features two bedrooms, two baths, a pull-out sofa in the living room / and will comfortably sleep six. The master bedroom features a king bed, flat screen TV and DVD player. The guest bedroom features two twin beds and an additional flat screen TV with cable. The living room includes a large flat screen TV with cable and DVD player, iPod entertainment dock, DSL internet connection with wifi as well as a laser printer. The kitchen is well equipped with granite counter-tops, high-end appliances, and plentiful utensils for family cookouts or fine dining. Ada’s Flat has an open bright feel with high ceilings, ample windows to enjoy the sea breezes and ceiling fans.

Ada’s Flat is on the ground floor of a six-unit condominium, with a walkout patio, and just steps from the Fitness Center, Sky Pool and Cabana Pool. The Flat is within 3-4 minutes walk from downtown in Barrett’s Square and within 6-8 minutes walk of the beach. The Rosemary Beach community includes shops for gifts, candies and treats, boutique items, clothing, jewelry, books, bike rentals, etc. as well as excellent restaurants for casual or gourmet dining. Rosemary Beach was designed as a bike friendly, pedestrian friendly, wheelchair accessible community. This includes Dune Walkovers to the beach that provide access but maintain the natural beauty of the beach and protect the fragile dune system from erosion during storms. In addition, there are over two miles of fitness and footpaths throughout Rosemary Beach that interconnect the parks and public spaces and include exercise stations for stretching and strength training. Public green areas located throughout the community provide places for picnics, reading, and games. One of the nicest is just steps from Ada’s Flat. St. Augustine Park includes an interactive children’s fountain, and seating areas. Elevators in the building provide easy access to the other units and off-street parking is available behind the building.

The white sandy beach of Rosemary Beach is spectacular. Sea Oats Beach Service is located on the beach in front of the Eastern Green walkover, and offers sun umbrellas, hammocks and beach chairs for rent seven days a week, March 1-October 31. Sea kayak and sailboat rentals are also available.
