Welcome to Coconut Beach Villa, on the pristine ocean beach of Sapodilla Bay, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos Islands.  It's a place to fall in love, ...to while away the hours, ...to rediscover what makes your family the best in the world.  Enjoy this Caribbean paradise in the tranquil setting of the island's most alluring beach.  Indescribable blue tones surround this small residential peninsula, interrupted each evening by the brilliant hues of sunsets which appear to be imaginary.

The idea of a duplex is to make staying in a luxury villa on a beautiful white sandy beach affordable for lots of folks.  Both of our suites are completely independent.  The only shared amenity is the swimming pool.  The villa was designed as a duplex by people who have experience in providing the utmost in vacation comfort to our guests!  If one suite is rented, it is very likely that the other will be rented as well.  Our guests to date have enjoyed staying with us and have indicated that it is a fabulous place to stay!

Both of our suites have three bedrooms, two baths, a great room and a huge covered patio on the beach!  Each magnificent new suite sleeps 6 people in their own rooms.  Two additional people may use the Queen sleeper sofa, if they do not mind the lack of privacy  (sleeps 6-8).

Sapodilla Bay Beach, The Children's Beach!

• Nicknamed The Children's Beach, this setting on Sapodilla Bay is perfect for children of all ages.  The quiet, calm, crystal clear waters of Sapodilla Bay are framed by sugary, white sand.  Rarely is there ever wave action, creating an almost unreal serenity in this picture perfect cove.

Coconut Beach Villa is a brand new duplex, right on the best beach on the island.  We have designed it to help you experience your best vacation ever!

One Coconut Beach Villa Suite has three bedrooms, two baths, one living room.  Enjoy our gourmet kitchen, our large covered patio, the large great room with new electronics, the fabulous view of our wonderful beach!  Sapodilla Bay Beach is just steps in front of Coconut Beach Villa over our private boardwalk.

The villa rental comes fully equipped with linens and beach towels.  We have comfortable beach chairs around the pool and for the beach.

The villa is self-catering.  We ask that you leave it as you have found it.

Rent just one of our suites or both!  Our central swimming pool is private for the villa.  It is shared if two different parties rent the villa.  We do rent both suites at the same time, so if you rent just one suite, it is very likely that another party will be renting the other.

One Suite contains the following amenities:

Sleeps 6-8:  2 King beds, 1 twin trundle daybed, 1 Queen sleeper sofa in the living room, 1 Pack and Play for the villa

Two full baths with walk in showers.  One outside shower.  Granite tops.  European commode and bidet.  Tiled walls.

GREAT ROOM

Fabulous gourmet kitchen with granite tops and stainless steel appliances.  Fully equipped.

Flat screen TV with DVD player.

High speed wireless internet.

Outside dining table, gas grill, lounge chairs, pool chairs, beach chairs, hammock

Our current rate is $4500/wk plus the 12% tax for the government = $5040.00 for up to six people in one suite.

•   Rates are subject to change without notice.
•   Reservations are accepted from Saturday to Saturday.
•   An 12% villa accommodation tax is added to the bill for the
    government.
•   Air conditioning is available at extra charge based on metered usage.
•   Rates are based on an occupancy up to 6 people per suite. 
•   USA Check, Master Card and VISA are accepted.
•   Wire transfers may be required for certain deals.
•   3:00 pm Check-in; 11:00 am Check-out.
•   Housekeeping upon departure begins at 9:30 am on the day of
    departure.
•   A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and completed
    form.
•   Please check with us if you have special considerations.
