Ocean View Condo in a Great Resort! in Hilton Head Island

This condo has been updated and is a fun place to stay! Wood floors, cheery paint choices, and tasteful, modern decor. The best location in the resort in building 2 facing the ocean and the sun deck right outside the front door.

Kitchen: Bright kitchen with stainless steel appliances, fully equipped and useful for a range of cooking and baking needs. 

Living Room: Cheerful green, with two couches and a coffee table for relaxing. One couch folds down into a sleeping space for two smaller people. Two tables for eating. Television with cable. Access to a balcony over-looking two lagoons and allowing for views of the marsh and ocean.  Seating available on balcony. 

Master Bedroom: A relaxing blue, with a queen bed, dresser, and closet. Excellent view of the ocean (with spectacular sunset views every morning). Master bathroom attached, with bathtub/shower and vanity. 

Second Bedroom: Orange and engergizing, with two twin beds, a dresser, and closet. View of the sundeck, a great place to get sun without the wind found on the ocean during the non-summer months. 

Second Bathroom: Shower, vanity.

All linens and towels are provided. This is a non-smoking unit. 

The Hilton Head Resort offers extensive amenities, including three pools (2 outdoor, 1 indoor), kiddie pool, hot tub, sauna, fitness center, indoor track, lighted tennis courts, sun deck, fishing lagoons, pool-side deli, ocean-front bar and grill (Coco's), wireless internet access, and 24-hour security. There is on-site access to the beach, reached by a boardwalk over the marsh. Shuttles run every few minutes if you prefer not to walk. There are coin-operated laundry rooms on every floor of the resort. 

Because of the resort's central location on the island, there is ideal access to local shopping, golfing, water sports, public and private beaches, spas, restaurants, and so much more. Savannah, GA is just an hour away, and Charleston, SC is two hours if interested in a few day trips. Both cities are full of history and beauty. We don't mind sharing our favorite restaurants and activities-Don't forget to ask us for vacation ideas!

March 1-May 23: $650 a week or $100 a night (3-night minimum)

May 24-September 7: $850 a week (rentals are Saturday to Saturday)

September 8-February 28: $550 a week or $1200 a month

An $85 dollar cleaning fee applies additionally to all weekly rates. Also add 11% for SC taxes. $150 is due from your total amount to reserve your dates. The remainder is due 15 days before your rental period begins.
