Vacation Rental Description

The condo is situated 45 min. south of TAMPA in Palm Aire Country 
Club, which is the north side of Sarasota at the corner of University 
Parkway and Whitfield Ave. 1.5  miles west of I-75.  It is a 2nd floor
unit. The condo has recently been remodeled and some of the new
upgrades are as follows: bedroom furniture, ceramic tile floors,
carpeting, living room and dining room furniture as well as all new
dishes, linens and pots and pans.  The swimming pool is just a short
walk away.  The unit is approx. 1200 Sq. Ft., with 2 bedrooms, 2
baths, living/dining room, kitchen/dinette, laundry room and screened
in lanai with a nice view of the golf course.  The living room has a
new sleeper couch that opens into an additional sleeping area for
guests. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, large walk-in closet
and a full bathroom with shower.  The second bedroom has two single
beds with large closet. Hall bathroom is a full bath including a 
tub. 
The kitchen is equipped with a new glass top range, refrigerator, 
microwave and all the necessary small appliances needed for every 
day living. The living room/dinning room contains a nice sized 27” 
TV with cable included, a stereo unit that also plays DVD’s and CD’s 
and a VCR.There is also a built in distributed audio system with 
volume controls on the patio area and in the master bath. Enjoy your 
own cd's or AM/FM stereo in the shower or easy listening on the 
patio.no smoking allowed inside the condo!!

Vacation Rental Amenities

All linens (towels, sheets etc.) are provided.  The unit has a 
laundry room with a washer and dryer. Parking for one car in front 
of the unit in the * COVERED CARPORT  w/ Storage * and guest parking 
is across the parking lot.
The condo is just minutes from supermarkets, restaurants, stores and
cinema.  Just 5 minutes from many other great public golf courses in 
the

Close to local beaches (Siesta Key, Lido and Longboat).
Just 10 minutes from Sarasota Airport, and 5 minutes from I-75 
motorway giving easy access to Busch Gardens in Tampa, and Disney

Local places of interest include Mote Marine aquarium, Jungle 
Gardens, The Pelican Man's Bird Sanctuary, Van Wezel Performing Arts 
Theatre and the John and Mable Ringling Museum.
