You will enjoy the sunrise while relaxing on the front screened porch or viewed from the side windows.  You will be eye level with the birds as they fly by the unit and have a great view of the boats traveling the creek and river. Sunsets can be viewed from the benches in the common area near the unit.  Paddle or fish in the waters of White's Creek or the Indian River Bay with the kayaks provided with this rental.

Bird Watchers First Crested Caracara ever seen in Delaware was sighted within one mile of our Bethany Bay development the week of March 7, 2013.The bird usually reaches the US only in Arizona, Texas and Florida(quoted from Cape Gazette March 15.) The wetlands offer spectacular views of all types of birds.
