Plaza Courtyard Stay, a spacious 1bedroom/1bath handicapped- accessible vacation rental apartment is part of the Arcata Stay Lodging Network of Exceptional Accommodations. It is located on the street level of the Stillman Building next door to Plaza View and Plaza Terrace Stays, just steps away from the lively activity of Arcata's downtown Plaza and 8 blocks walk to Humboldt State University. This accommodation is ideal for guests who have difficulty climbing stairs or who use a wheel chair. There is a ramp from the parking area, the space has wide doorways, and there is an ADA bathroom with a shower which has a bench and hand held shower head. This vacation rental is open floor plan for entry, dining, kitchen, and living room areas, with a separate bedroom which has a queen master and additional twin bed. Another extra long twin bed is built in the living area and can be used as a comfortable reading nook. This colorful space is a showcase of original art collected by the owner, and its view is of the Humboldt State University Sculpture Garden in the Courtyard. Stroll or roll around the Plaza or shop at Northcoast Cooperative Marketplace nearby.
