Beach Dreams Unit #196 in Wells

This is a 2 bedroom cottage with 1 full bath. One bedroom has 2 twin beds, one has a full size bed and there is a queen pull-out sleeper in the living room. There is a fully applianced kitchen which is open to the living area, both with cathedral ceilings for an open feel. All rooms have ceiling fans and there is an air conditioner in the living room. Off the living area is a covered deck for relaxing and grilling outdoors after a day at the beach, pool, or enjoying one of the many amenities in the Wells/Ogunquit area.

Our cottage is situated right next to the woods so it is very private. We only have 1 cottage next to us. It is a short walk to the back pool.

Although we have owned at Beach Dreams since it opened, this is our first year renting. Please email any questions.

The resort has three swimming pools, Kiddies pool,a hot tub & recreation building.
Amenities at the resort include bocce, tennis, and recreation hall
with video game room and  pool table. Area great for walking, biking or taking the trolley (there is a trollet stop right at the entrance to Beach Dreams)
which makes various stops throughout the area. Only a short walk to Moody Beach.

Located less than one mile from beautiful Southern Maine beaches. Choose from 5
different beaches daily. Recreation nearby includes swimming, golf, 2
miniature golf courses within one mile from Beach Dreams, there's also biking, hiking, shopping, great restaurants,
kayaking, fishing, and boating. Short drive to Portland and Kittery outlet malls

May 4 - June 22 $100/night or $550/ week

June 22- Aug 31  $175/night or $1000/week

Aug 31- Nov 1 $100/night or $500/week

50% due at booking/ balance is due 1 week before you arrive

$200 security deposit due with booking.
