Welcome to Sand Caper 407, a lovely 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located mid-island on Fort Myers Beach.  It accommodates 4 guests.

Step into the cozy open concept living and dining area.  Sliders open onto a screened-in lanai overlooking a well manicured lawn with a view of the Gulf of Mexico.  Watch TV in the comfy living room or curl up with a good book in the corner spot with a water view.  Prepare meals in the fully equipped kitchen.  There is a convenient pass through area making it easy getting meals right to the dining room table.

The guest room with its two twin beds has a cottage feel.  There is a full bath adjacent to it.  The master suite has a queen bed and a TV for a late night favorite show.  Relax with your morning coffee near the sunny window and take in the sparkling Gulf waters.  An ensuite bath adds to your privacy. 

You have wireless internet access and a washer and dryer conveniently located in the condo.

7 miles of sugar sand beach are just steps from the condo’s back door.  Later take a dip in the heated pool located in the front.

Publix supermarket is just north about 2 miles and Bay Front Bistro, an award winning five star restaurant is right behind it on beautiful Estero Bay.  Continuing north to Times Square, you’ll find more shops and restaurants.  A trolley service runs all day into the evening for 50 cents per person.

Cable TV’s, wireless internet, in-condo washer and dryer, full kitchen, all linens provided, in-ground heated pool, beachfront.

Enjoy a day out on the Big M Casino boat or take the ferry to Key West.  Fort Myers Beach golf course is close by as are mini golf courses.  Further out, you can enjoy the Ford and Edison museums, Calusa Nature Center, the Imaginarium, Naples Zoo, the Shell Factory, an airboat or swamp buggy ride through the Everglades.

Sand Caper 407 is located just across the street from the Santini Mall, full of unique shops and fine restaurants.  Charter boats, jet skis, and parasail rentals are within walking distance.

Off Season:  May 1 - Nov. 30 = $600/week

Season:  Dec. 1 - April 30 = $1100/week

Holiday Weeks (Christmas, New Years, Easter) = $1300/week
