is directly across the street from the emerald green waters and white
sands of the Gulf of Mexico, and just minutes from everything that
Destin has to offer. This adorable one bedroom condo sleeps 6, and
is stlyishly decorated and fully stocked to make your vacation truly
enjoyable. It has a private wrap around balcony with a spectacular
view of the Gulf. Just minutes from all that Destin has to offer,
but in a quiet locale for enjoying the peace and quiet.
We are also home to one of the top rated golf courses in Florida
and to the largest name brand shopping mall in the world. Destin is
a great family vacation spot with something for everyone. If you like
fishing, boating, swimming, golfing or shopping till you drop,

1 Dvd, Wireless high speed internet, cable, full kitchen, all linens
provided, microwave, dishwasher, washer & dryer in unit, balcony w/
patio set, swimming pool, hot tub,charcoal B.B.Q grill, dedicated
beach access. We provide 4 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach
Towels and a sundry of beach toys. We also have a rainy day toy box
under the bunk beds.

restaurants, water parks, dancing, gulfarium, zoo, canoeing, all are
minutes from your vacation home.
Cancellation policy:
Refunds available up to 60 days before arrival minus $50.
cancellation fee. If the cancellation is less then 60 days
before arrival the reservation amount will not be refunded.
NO REFUNDS for cancellations within 60 days of arrival.
