Apollo Beach is a beautiful and quiet waterfront community on the South end of Tampa Bay. This home is on open water Harbor View..You can get to Tampa Bay in less than a minute by boat..Has the most gorgeous sunsets on the bay..This home has a new boat dock,so bring your boat (does not include a boat lift). We have 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, great pool deck and lanai, tiki bar. GameRoom with pool table, dart machine, golf game, all the classic games,pac man,galaga,frogger etc., pinball, hydro thunder, cruis'in, and contertop with many games in it. *500 dollar deposit is required to RESERVE the dates (out of this, $150 will be kept for the cleaning fee, $50 will be kept for insurance, and the remaining balance of $300 is held for a security deposit (smoking fee), and will be returned shortly after your stay.
*Athough your dates are reserved with the $500 deposit, in order for your dates to be GAURENTEED, a lease agreeent must be signed.

Master bedroom has a king bed, 2nd bedroom has a queen bed both with the best Tempurpedic Mattress, 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. There are 8 flat screen TV in the house and on the patio, 2 living rooms, dining room, full kitchen with all top appliances, including keurig coffee maker, Margaritaville Frozen Concoction Maker. Everything you need is here,dishes flatware linens ect. All the comforts of home and more!!! Gas grill..Wireless Internet.
Pool (you have an option of heating the pool- extra charge (price varies depending on price of gas, weather and use)

We are located on Tampa Bay about 12 miles from downtown Tampa. About 30 min to Bush Garden, Little more than an hour to Orlando and Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World. There are very nice Golf Courses in the area, manatee viewing center, great waterfront dining at Circles. Shopping at the Brandon Mall and Outlet mall is less then 20 min. away. Hard Rock Casino less then 30min away.
