located at 2312 Gulf Drive in Bradenton Beach. It offers a spectacular view of
the Gulf of Mexico from almost every room. This two bedroom, two bath condo
sleeps six with a king size bed, queen bed and a sofa bed. Enjoy your morning
coffee from the screened porch overlooking the beach. This second floor unit has
been beautifully maintained and provides every amenity for your comfort. There
is a washer and dryer in the unit for your use. There is a 32" Flat screen LCD
television in the living room with a BluRay player. There is a 32" Flat screen
LCD television in the master bedroom with a DVD player and a 32" inch flat
screen LCD television and DVD player in the guest bedroom. Wireless high speed
internet is provided. Covered parking and a heated pool complete the package.
Sunset Terrace is a very popular Bradenton Beach rental so please book early. It
is a one week minimum stay.

This condo is walking distance to many shops and restaurants.  It is not far from the famous St. Armands Circle on Longboat Key.   Art fairs and community special events
happening all the time. Public fishing pier half is close by away along with  a bike/walking path out front.

   Nearby attractions include the Ringling Museum of Art, Selby Botanical
Gardens and Bishop Planetarium.  It is a short drive to Tampa, Busch
Gardens. Disney World, Epcot, Sea World, all within two hours. The airports close by are Sarasota/Bradenton which is about 30 minutes away and Tampa International, travel time just over an hour
