This property is over 1200 sq ft of comfort and luxury.  The fully equipped eat in kitchen has seating  for 4 and additional seating for more at the bar height breakfast bar.

The tiled living area off of the kitchen is furnished with sofa and matching love seat.  A great place to enjoy watching a movie or your favorite program on the 42" flat screen television.  There is also a DVD player and free cable and wireless internet access.  The sliding glass doors from the living area lead to a screen in tiled lanai with south western exposure.  A wonderful place for your morning coffee or cocktails in the evening after a day of fun and sun at one of our world famous beaches (SANIBEL AND CAPTIVA ISLANDS).  Don' t forget to stop and enjoy the "magic sunsets" here in South West Florida.

The HUGH beautifully decorated master bedroom suite with its 4 poster bed also has access via slider doors to the lanai.  The oversized master bath has double sink vanity, large soaking tub, and walk in shower.  The master suite also contains a large walk in closet.

The second bedroom is cooly decorated with white wicker furniture and has access to the second fully tiled bathroom.

Both bedrooms are fully carpeted.

For your added convenience the condo is equipped with full size washer and dryer in the laundry closet.

The condo is equipped with abundant linens and towels for your personal use.

The heated swimming pools is located only steps from your door.

Marina, shops, restaurants, galleries, are within walking distance.

The beach at the Cape Coral Yacht Club is a only a 5 minute drive.

Beaches of Sanibel, Captiva, and Fort Myers Beach are just a short drive away.

Free wireless internet and cable are available for our guests.

Covered parking is assigned and there is ample additional parking for guests.

Full size washer and dryer are located within the condo.

Linens and towels are provided.

Maps and schedules of events will be provided along with a fresh basket of Florida Fruit for our guests.

A days visit to DING DARLING NATIONAL WILDLIFE REFUGE on Sanibel Island is a wonderful experience whether by car, bike, or walking.

Tour the winter homes of Thomas Edison and Henry Ford in Fort Myers and double your pleasure with a visit to the newly restored Historical Downtown Water District with its shops, galleries, and restaurants.

The RESORT AT MARINA VILLAGE located at Tarpon Point is 4 miles from your vacation home.  Enjoy the water-front restaurant, outside Tiki Bar, shops, and galleries.  You may also want to take a sunset cruise from the Marina.

For those who are adventurous there is a high speed boat from Ft.Myers Beach that will take you to KEY WEST for the day or weekend.  Enjoy the fun!!
