This beautiful Tuscan style villa in Neskowin sits above the Neskowin Marsh National Refuge with breathtaking views of the ocean below!

The house has elegant details throughout including a surround sound system that can bring your favorite music throughout the house while you prepare a fabulous meal in the chef's kitchen that the owner has carefully appointed. The main floor of the home features a spacious living room with a large stone gas fireplace as the centerpiece. The living room features a TV with a DVD player as well and it looks out through a bay of windows with gorgeous ocean views!

The dining area on the upper level is the perfect place to savor that delicious meal that you prepared as there are 8 dining seats around a great table for conversing.

The deck off the living room extends the entire length of the home and offers unmatched views over the preserve and across the ocean blue! There is a dining table with 6 chairs on the deck that is a great place for a meal on a sunny day.

The master bedroom on the main level of the house features a king bed and the master bath has a jetted tub that will melt away your worries and bring you to the ultimate experience of relaxation.

The lower level of the home feels like an entirely separate home as it has a small kitchen of its own. This makes it the perfect setup for 2 small families or 2 couples that like to have their own private space while staying together.

The lower level has a bedroom with a queen bed, a private bathroom and a TV room with a pull out couch. There are also two other sleeper sofas available in the lower level in the main living space. Neskowin is a quiet community 10 miles north of Lincoln City with an excellent art gallery and a small grocery store. The historic Hawk Creek Cafe is the only restaurant in town but it is a good one! There are also plenty of dining options in nearby Pacific City and Lincoln City.

There is an incredible sandy beach in Neskowin that is accentuated by the notable landmark known as Proposal Rock that rises from the sea in the middle of the beach. Neskowin is an excellent place to be to explore nature. The house has convenient access to a mile long nature trail that can be used during the dry summer season to lead you to the beach. Otherwise, you can take a short drive and park in town for easy beach access.

The Neskowin area is full of great hikes and nature excursions such as the Cascade Head Trail and kayaking on the Nestucca Bay!
