29 Pleasant Avenue on Peaks Island is a 15 minute walk from the ferry landing, stores and restaurants. It is a few minutes walk to Centennial Beach and has lovely waterviews westward toward the sunset. It is available by the month this spring and by the week for the summer. More information is coming.
