BEAUTIFUL, LUXURIOUS, TOWNHOME AT REGAL PALMS RESORT AND SPA - 6 MILES FROM DISNEY WORLD. This 4  
bedroom, 3.5 bathroom townhome is only 15 minutes from Disney World. Fully equipped kitchen.  The  
Regal Palms Resort Clubhouse offers a sports bar and restaurant, internet cafe, games room, Spa and  
gym.  There is also an indoor jacuzzi and steam room.  The tropical pool has several different pools  
links together by bridges and pathways.There is a childrens's play area with waterslide and splash  
pool, waterfall and beach entry pool. There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool for the  
guests and pool towels are available in the pool area.  The pool area and clubhouse facilites are  
for the exclusive use of the Regal Palms Guests.  There is a shop within the clubhouse that supplies  
household items and theme park tickets can be purchased in the clubhouse.  There is also a wetbar in  
the pool area. 
 
The townhouse is set in a peaceful location with terrace and balcony overlooking the gardens.  The  
townhouse offers spacious accommodation in a comfortable and tranquil setting.  The townhouse is  
fully air conditioned with additional fans in each room with 4  double bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.  
 
The townhouse benefits from many additional extras.  50" Plasma TV, HDMI DVD, iPOD Player, CD/radio  
player, DVD combo, Coffee, tea and  hot chocolate at the touch of a button, TV's in each room. Free  
Internet Wireless. This home is furnished to a high standard and benefits from many additional  
extras. Bistro patio furniture on terrace and balcony front and back. 
 
There is a king size bed in the master bedroom with ensuite facilties.  The other ensuite double  
bedroom has a queen size bed with ensuite facilties and in the lounge area a queen size sofa bed.  
There are two twin beds in each of the other double bedrooms and two additional bathrooms. 
 
The home is situated near the I4 which has easy links to both the Space Coast, Gulf Coast and  
airports. 
  
From the townhouse there is easy access to all the major theme parks and beaches and is a good  
central base for a vacation to capture the magic of Florida. 
 
We also provide 3 and 5 day Golf Packages which include accommodation, green fees and an hours golf  
tuition from Golf Pro at Ridgewood Lakes Golf Club (value $75), Course included are Legends,  
Highlands Reserve, Ridgewood Lakes, Southern Dunes and Diamondback, ChampionsGate, Celebration and

blender, toaster and a fully equipped kitchen.  There is a microwave, iron/ironing board, telephone  
with free calls to USA and Canada  bistro balcony furniture front and back.  
 
There are 5 cable tvs with VHS and DVD combo and HDMI DVD. 
 
There is an ATM in the Clubhouse. 
 
There are discount theme park tickets to all parks and shows available in the Clubhouse. 
 
Berry Town Centre is nearby with Publix, Suntrust Bank and dining facilities.  Wal-Mart is a short  
distance away.

Activities and Attractions

Easy access to the Disney theme Parks - Disney World, MGM Studios,Typhoon Lagoon, Epcot, Blizzard  
Beach, Sea World, Universal Studios, Islands of Adventure, Wet'n Wild and all other attractions.   
The wonderful beaches of Cocoa Beach, Clearwater and the Kennedy Space Centre are 50 miles away.   
The Florida Mall, Millenia Mall and the Buena Vista Shopping Mall with the outlet stores  are only  
20 minutes from the villa.  They all provide a good selection of stores and temptation!

  security damage deposit. 
 
* There is a daily $10 per day resort charge for the use of the Resort facilities.  This is a   
special requirement of Regal Palms Resort and is mandatory. This charge is included with the final  
balance and is paid in advance to the resort on the guests behalf.Payment can be made via credit  
card. 
 
CANCELLATION. 
The deposit is non-refundable.  After the balance  has been paid there is no refund.  Change of  
dates will be accepted but cannot be guaranteed and rates may change.
