The open two-level house sits in Neskowin's South Beach neighborhood, with a beautifully landscaped yard and spacious outdoor deck. The full kitchen includes everything you'll need for preparing meals, and a dishwasher to make clean-up a snap; the dining table seats ten and the eat-in kitchen has 4 additional seats. In the summer, a BBQ is provided on the outdoor deck, with also hosts plenty of seating for relaxing, reading, or listening to the waves roll in. The whole family can gather before the wood stove in the living room for a movie or game night, selected from the house's collection of board games and DVDs.

Upstairs, the master suite includes a plush king bed and a private bathroom. The downstairs bedroom has two oversized twin beds, providing plenty of room for extra adults vacationing together. A sleeping loft offers a comfortable queen-sized sleeper sofa by Ethan Allen, and extra space for sleeping bags for the kids.

Neskowin is quiet and peaceful, with just a handful of local businesses, including a small market, lovely golf course, and excellent art gallery. For more dining, shopping, and nightlife, Lincoln City is just seven miles south, or reach Newport within an hour and visit the Oregon Coast Aquarium. In the immediate area, activities include kayaking, fishing, canoeing, whale watching, golf, and hiking. Don't miss out on the fabulous Cascade Head Nature Preserve, or simply stroll the sandy shores in this quiet community, don't be surprised if you have them all to yourself.
