We have a large pool and it is 'solar heated'.   The pool is completely private, surrounded by high 8' hedges.   Cable TV - Wi-Fi and and direct computer hook-ups - washer/dryer - BBQ - two bikes.  This house was purchased for the views....although many homes have mountain views, this one allows you to sit anywhere in or out of the house and take in the magnificient mountains and sky!

We are situated right on a golf course......however, the fairway is quite a ways from the house.  This is the golf course that legendary Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra and many more use to call their first choice course.  We also have another new golf course only a few blocks away. 

The rates are for: October - May

A mandatory cleaning fee will be added in the amount of 125.00 

A 'refundable security deposit' of 500.00 is required.

11.5% city tax will be added to the base-rate only

Holiday rates may be higher - with minimum nights - call for info
