Homey, comfortable, and inviting, this recently upgraded and renovated condo will provide a relaxing respite for maximum enjoyment of your vacation days. The ocean is clearly visible across the pool from both the master bedroom and the living room, close enough to enjoy the sound of the waves! (One of my favorite parts of being at the ocean!) Now we've added DSL internet for those who like to or need to stay connected while on vacation.

From the wide comfortable balcony, you can see both pools, the ocean, and the courtyard. For rainy days, there are TV/DVD combos in three rooms; the master bedroom has a large plasma TV on the wall; and two of the rooms have cable as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to (gasp!)actually cook
on their holidays! (I do.)We believe that once you stay in this unit, you'll want to come back again and again.

Great location, wide white powdered sand beach, walking distance to
restaurants, huge parking lot for your boat or RV and close to the
St. Augustine historic area (5.5 miles) and fishing pier (2.4 miles). And, of course, anyone who knows the area is well acquainted with the large number of nearby golf courses. 

 We are confident you will have a tremendous vacation visit and want to
come back time and time again. Enjoy your stay and relax in your
home away from home!

Winter Rental rates include complimentary membership in the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club. This facility is right next door to the condominiums and has two pools, 1 heated, a fitness center, many clay tennis courts, jacuzzi,and a sauna. Many residents enjoy this as a social club, too!

Fall season- after Labor Day week $500* week (Four Day Minimum- $80 a day plus cleaning and tax)

Christmas week and New Year's week $750*

Winter months- Winter 2010 now booking! First half Feb and all of January open. Jan. $650* weekly/$1900* monthly; Feb. $700* weekly
Next Spring- $850* weekly in April; $650* in May

Summer 2010- $900* weekly June/July; $800* weekly August

*Cleaning fee ($100 week or less/$125 month), plus 9% taxes apply to all above prices. $100 a week is my actual out of pocket expense for cleaning. We did charge less but the unit was not being adequately cleaned so we've changed housekeeping services.
