Clean, fresh, and ready to please, this recently upgraded and renovated condo will provide a relaxing respite for maximum enjoyment of your vacation days. The ocean is clearly visible across the pool from both the master bedroom and the living room, close enough to enjoy the sound of the waves! (One of my favorite parts of being at the ocean!)

 From the wide balcony, you can see both pools, the ocean, and the courtyard. For rainy days, there are TV/DVD combos in three rooms; the master bedroom has a large plasma TV on the wall; and two of the rooms have cable as well. The kitchen is fully equipped for those who like to (gasp!)actually cook
on their holidays! (I do.)We believe that once you stay in this unit, you'll want to come back again and again.

Great location, wide white powdered sand beach, walking distance to
restaurants, huge parking lot for your boat or RV and close to the
St. Augustine historic area (5.5 miles) and fishing pier (2.4 miles). And, of course, anyone who knows the area is well acquainted with the large number of nearby golf courses. 

 We are confident you will have a tremendous vacation visit and want to

Winter Rental rates include complimentary membership in the Atlantic Beach and Tennis Club. This facility is right next door to the condominiums and has two pools, 1 heated, a fitness center, many clay tennis courts, jacuzzi,and a sauna. Many residents enjoy this as a social club, too!
