Vacation Rental Description

The condo is oceanfront with a riverview.  It has 3 bedrooms and 3 baths and is located on the 11th 
floor.  16" designer tile is thru-out.The kitchen has granite countertops with appliances including 
dishwasher, built-in microwave, electric range with self-cleaning oven, and refrigerator with ice 
and water in door.  The master bath has a roman whirlpool tub, double sinks and a walk-in shower.  
Sliding doors lead from the master bedroom to the balcony overlooking the ocean.  The Den and second 
bedroom also have sliding doors to the balcony. Total living area is 2085 sq. feet.  There are walk-
in closets in all bedrooms and a storage closet on the front lani which is enclosed with heat and 
air and has a beautiful view of the river. The Den area has a 52" TV and smaller tvs are in each 
bedroom and on the lani.  Ceiling fans are thru-out.  The unit also has a utility room with a large 
capacity washer and dryer. There is also a separate office.  The 3rd bedroom has a view of the river.

Vacation Rental Amenities

The Towers Ten building consist of 21 stories.  It has a secured entry, telephone door security 
answering system, secure underground parking and security cameras.  There is a fully equipped 
fitness room and a clubroom for entertaining. It is equipped with a kitchen, a lounge-library with 
TV and a pool table.  The beautiful pool and Spa area overlook the beach.

Activities and Attractions

There are many restaurants within walking distance.  The Daytona Airport is approximately 5 miles 
away.  Orlando is an hour away where Disney World, Universal Studios, and Sea World are located.  
Daytona is home for the International Speedway.  Numerous golf courses are available and tennis 
facilities.  There are marinas on the intercoastal waterway that offer deep sea fishing.  Sun Glow 
fishing pier is just steps away. Miniture golf is across the street.  There is biking and surfing 
and don't let me leave out shopping.

Vacation Rental Rates

(1800.00 - 2800.00) for a 2 week minimum stay. (3000.00 - 3800.00) month depending on season.  
Subject to 12.5% tax and a 90.00 cleaning fee.  Monthly and short-term lease also available. Holiday 
and special events/additional. $400.00 Security Deposit required to hold unit.  Please call or e-
