Walk to the center of town from this ground level condo in about 2-5 minutes. The porch is completely enclosed with windows that open for those cool mountain breezes. If it is cold outside we have a small heater on the porch that warms it up in just a few minutes. The living room is carpeted with a leather sofa and love seat. The dining area seats four comfortably. The kitchen has been remodeled with new cabinets, ceramic tile, stainless steel refrigerator, stove and microwave mounted above the stove. Counter tops are beautiful Corian with a stainless steel sink. 

You are surrounded by plenty of cabinet space for storage in the kitchen and the hallway. New wallpaper is in the bathroom, a new toilet and plenty of storage space is available under the sink. Ceramic tile on the walls and floor also adorn the bathroom. The bedroom is carpeted and has a new queen sleigh bed, dresser and chest of drawers. There is plenty of closet space as well. You can enter from the front door or the rear and never have to deal with the elements by parking in the garage below.

Snow skiing in Cataloochee, NC is within 90 minutes. Gatlinburg, TN is about 2 hrs away. Cherokee, NC is 1 hr away, with Harrah's Casino on the Cherokee Indian Reservation. They regularly have big name entertainment and great restaurants.
