It is just minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. The seawall is 148 feet to facilitate a
large boat. It is centrally located, just 6 1/2 miles to Ft Myers Beach, 7 miles to Sanibel and
close to movies, shopping and restaurants.



With over 1800 square feet of living area which consists of a living room,
dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms, Masterbedroom has a king size bed, with
the other two bedrooms one having a queen bed and the other one have 2 twin beds.  Each bedroom has its own bath.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances. A side by side refrigerator with ice
maker and water thru the door, glasstop oven, dishwasher and microwave.

All the small appliances that you would need, blender, mixer, and toaster
It has glasses, dishes, pots and pans, silverware cooking utensils and dish
towels.
The utility room has a washer and dryer available. Beach towels and a
cooler.

Wireless Internet and  cable

The home is tiled throughout, except for the bedrooms, which have laminate wood.  The master bedroom has a tv and adjoining master bath.
The living room has a 32 HD TV. A DVD player available for your enjoyment. All
linens and towels are provided. BBQ grill and patio table and chairs are for
your dining needs.

Our home is centrally located. Besides Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel which are only 6-7 miles away,
we are close to the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins training ball parks.

You can bring you own boat, or rent one from a nearby marina. What a great
place to Kayak down the canals and get to see the natural scenic views There is plenty to do besides laying in the sun; such as fishing, parasailing, jet skiing, boating, shelling, and bike riding. Rent a canoe or kayak and explore the back bay. You will be sure to see a
manatee or dolphin. Rent a boat and have a cheeseburger in paradise
at Cabbage Key and explore the same island as the Gasparilla Pirates.
Plan a day trip to Key West on the Key West Express or take the
Casino Boat for an evening of Vegas style entertainment. For the
golfer we are surrounded by award winning golf courses. Ft Myers
Beach hosts an annual Sand Sculpting contest, Shrimp Festival, Annual
Pirates Festival, Fourth of July Fireworks, Golf tournaments, Taste
of the Beach, Annual New Year's Eve Celebrations, Offshore Boat Races
and World Class Volleyball tournaments. Our dining is out of this
world.
