This waterfront home is located on Ninigret Pond on a private road with
breathtaking pond, ocean, and sunsets views. Block Island is visible from the
rear deck.
It is meticulously maintained yet very relaxing and comfortable. The home has
three bedrooms with two full baths plus an out-side shower. It also offers an
eat-in kitchen, living room, pantry, laundry room and large outside deck.
The yard is large and includes a new circular stone patio with fire pit for
entertaining. To fully enjoy waterfront living, there is a beautiful newer
100ft dock with two kayaks.
The location is convenient to beaches, parks, zoo, amusements, restaurants,
airport, pharmacy, churches, hospital, golf courses, casinos, and a post
office.

The home is fully furnished with all house ware appliances (no dishwasher) a
blender, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and water cooler.
The eat-in kitchen seats six and has a cathedral ceiling, center island and ceiling
fan. The living room boasts a large flat screen TV/DVD and home theatre sound system.
Wifi and cable are also included throughout the home. The master bedroom has a
king size bed and plenty of room for clothing. The large rear deck is furnished
with dining and lounging furniture.
The ground floor has two bedrooms (one full size bed in one room and two twin size
beds in other room), full bathroom, laundry room and walk out to back yard.
All bedrooms have ceiling fans and a clock, pillows, and blankets.

Short drive to Newport, RI where you can enjoy great food, festivals, concerts, and visit the mansions.
Only a 30 minute drive to Point Judith to ride a ferry to Block Island or Martha's Vineyard for a day trip.
Only a 20 minute drive to Misquamicut Beach and enjoy the amusement park with the whole family, evening fireworks, and concerts
