vacation rental description
Single house on the North end of Ocean City with a definite Key West flavor. Two bedrooms and two fold out futon sofas with one bath with natural wood trim and floors throughout. Ceiling fans in every room and also air conditioning for the very hot days. Washer, Dryer included and gas barbeque on back deck. Top front sunset deck for after dinner drinks and stargazing. Midway between beaches and bay, the perfect spot for accessing the boardwalk, great surf breaks and the Ocean City public marina for boating or fishing. Also close to the Longport bridge for Atlantic City fun.

vacation rental rates
The seasonal rent is $12,000.00 plus a $1000,00 security deposit and utilities. Rates in June are lower, rates for july and august are higher. All require a security deposit that is based on length of stay.
