If you are looking for an unforgettable New Braunfels summer vacation with friends or family, look no more.  This house overlooking the Guadalupe river is the BEST on the river.  This home is located on River Road near New Braunfels, Texas and sits on 400 feet of Guadalupe River frontage across from a beautiful cliff on the river between the 2nd and 3rd crossings.  You will have DIRECT RIVER ACCESS, with tube rental and shuttle service on site. 

This is a NEWLY CONSTRUCTED luxurious 3BR/3Bath home overlooking the Guadalupe River in the Cliffview Community.  The home sleeps 10 guests comfortably.  Open Kitchen/Dining/Living room with many amenities.  Granite countertops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen, which includes dishes, all appliances and cookware.  3 flat screen HD TV's with DIRECT TV and wireless internet. The home also has a washer and dryer.

You have direct access to 460 ft. of the Guadalupe River with tube rental and shuttle on site.  Just outside is great fishing or just watching tubers/boaters from the deck.  You can also take your lawn chairs down to the banks on the pebble beach or grassy areas. The Bunkhouse has a grassy yard directly behind for outdoor games.  It has a gated entry for security and covered parking beneath the house.

This new 3BR/3 Bath home is fully furnished with a flat screen TV & DVD player in the living room.  The home has a washer and dryer and private BBQ pit.  Open Kitchen/Dining/Living room with many amenities.  Granite countertops with a large island for extra seating in the full kitchen, which includes dishes, all appliances (stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave) and cookware.

Master Bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and private bathroom with walk-in shower.  Bedroom #2 - The bunk room (2 sets of full beds with twin beds on top).  Bedroom #3 has a Queen bed and flat screen TV.  Bathroom#2 is in the hall with a tub and shower.  Bathroom #3 is on Ground level with shower for cleaning up after having fun on the river.

Linens are not included with this rental.  You will need to provide your own towels, washcloths, sheets, pillows, pillowcases and blankets.   

This home is less than 5 minutes from the towns of New Braunfels and Historic Gruene, which provide antique shops as well as many unique shops where artisans sell their wares.  Not only does Gruene have lots of shopping and good food, it is also home of the famed "Gruene Hall", which has served as a springboard for many Texas musicians.  A great place for dancing or just enjoying the music.  You might even enjoy learning the Texas Two-Step!

You are close to great restaurants as well as several outlet malls.  If you are looking for other activities...Schlitterbahn (an awesome water park) is located nearby in New Braunfels.  Boating, water-skiing and sailing can be found at Canyon Lake.  The drive up River Road to the lake is notably one of the most scenic areas in Texas.  Watch for deer and other wildlife along the way!

You will be a short 35 mile drive from San Antonio where you will find Six Flags, Fiesta Texas, Sea World, the famed San Antonio Riverwalk as well as fantastic Mexican food.  The Alamo, along with several other missions located in San Antonio are fantastic for a day out.  There are numerous tour buses that can take you to experience the sights and sounds of San Antonio.

The state capitol of Texas is located 45 minutes away in Austin, which has great nightlife featuring many of Texas' finest musicians.  You never know what great and noted name will appear at some out of the way bar!

For you golfers, there are courses located in New Braunfels as well as San Antonio.  Austin is home to some of the finest courses America has to offer.

This location is truly the BEST on the river.  You can float in the river or raft it, find a nice place to sit while watching others play or just enjoy the privacy of your own deck as you relax.  During the fall, there are many festivals in the area, including "Oktoberfest" and "Wurstfest".
