The house is located in a secluded gated community within the premises of Coco Beach Resort Area, where the Melia Resort & Casino and the Trump Internatinal Golf Club are located.

The property has a security guard. The closest beach is 4 minutes drive from the house. Once you are in the property you can go to the beach, enjoy a walk within the vicinity of Melia Resort, dine at any of the fine restaurants of the Resort, or visit the recreational area where the house is located. Here you will find tennis and basketball courts, a pool, and a children’s playground.

RENTAL TERMS:

• 40% of total rental cost is due at the time of booking dates
• $300 refundable damage deposit is due 7 days prior to arrival

CANCELLATION POLICY:

• One night charge for cancellations  10 days or less before check-in day.
