This is the ultimate home for a larger group who desires privacy, beach
proximity and short distance to Ft. Lauderdale's famous beach strip: with the
Ellboroom around the corner, one can safely enjoy Ft. Lauderdale's beach and
night life without having to worry about parking and the drive home.
This Florida style home features 4 bedrooms which are each so large in size
that they accomodate 4 sleepers each. There is also a bonus area that features 2
daybeds, so the overall maximun capacity is 20 people. This makes it the largest
home in our rental pool! A generous open kitchen with barstuhls and large dining
room table enables you to enjoy dinner with large groups, and a living room with
an extended sectionary couch sits a good amount of people to watch TV on a
generously sized flatscreen HD TV.
Each of the 4 bedrooms has its own bath room. The overall style is
contemporary open living space. The outside is what makes this house even more
special: a very large yard is surrounded by a large hedge and tall Florida
trees, giving it complete privacy from the neighbors. A generously sized pool is
the center spot, and a gas grill allows for BBQ. The location could not be any
more perfect: the beach is within a short walk, and Harbor Beach is the south
east corner of the Ft. Lauderdale beach strip that makes this town world famous.
