This is a beautiful handicap equipped beachside condo, located on the ground floor. Merrimac Resort is a small family atmosphere condo located on the east end of Thomas Drive. a nice area, much less congested, one block from Schooners, a famous beachfront club and restaurant. The complex has a private pool, picnic area with grills and gazebo. The complex is located on the beachside of Thomas Drive, a one minute walk to the beach, among private homes. The beach area is much more private without the highrise condos. FREE WIFI

The kitchen is fully equipped with dining area and cable tv's in both rooms, washer and dryer , iron, microwave, beach chairs and a front and back porch for grilling. FREE WIFI
