Beautiful Lake house in Lake Hickory

This beautiful new lake house is an inviting stay for everyone in an ideal and conveinent area. Located on the main
channel of Lake Hickory and in the small quaint town of Granite Falls. This house has a large great room and kitchen,
perfect for families and friends to gather with a real wood fireplace and windows all along the back to few Lake Hickory.
First floor Master bedroom and bath with jacuzzi tub and shower. French doors open out to back deck and lake. First
floor laundry room with sink and 1/2 bath. Screened in porch off of kitchen and large back deck with hot
tub.

Second floor has the two guest bedrooms and one full bath with tub and shower. One bedroom has bunk beds and a
twin bed for kids. The other bedroom has a day bed that opens into a queen size. Also, there is a nice size loft to lay
down sleeping bags or blow up mattresses for extra guests. Loft looks over main area and fire place.

This is a new custom built house that is a setting of piece and tranquility.

Stainless steel appliances, large island with microwave, 6 burner gas stove and grill,
jacuzzi tub in master, hot tub on back deck, wood burning fireplace,
french doors in master and 2nd floor bedroom opening out to private deck,
first floor laundry room with sink, loft, screened porch by kitchen and view of lake,
rap around porch, 2 wooded acres, stepping stones down to lake.
Community clubhouse and pool with in walking distance, paved walking and bike riding trails,
unfinished basement for kids to play.

Hiking and biking on paved trails throughout the community of Anchors Landing.
Boat Rentals available only a few miles away; Also jet skies and tubing available.
Blowing Rock is less than 1 hr. drive up the mountain with lots of quaint shops and restaurants as well as Grandfather
mountain, Mining, hiking and Tweetsie Railroad which is a fun place for families to visit during the spring and summer
months.
Hickory is only a 5 - 10 minute drive to all restaurants and malls and shopping.
Charlotte is 40 minutes and Ashville about an hour.
