minutes to the Gulf of Mexico. The seawall is over 100 feet to facilitate a large boat. It is
centrally located, just 6 1/2 miles to Ft Myers Beach, 7 miles to Sanibel and close to movies, shopping and restaurants.
With over 1900 square feet of living area which consists of a living room, dining area, kitchen, three bedrooms,Masterbedroom has a queen size bed, with the other two bedrooms having 2 twin beds in each.

The living room has a 32 HD TV. A DVD player available for your enjoyment. All linens and towels are provided. BBQ grill and patio table and chairs are for your dining needs.

Our home is centrally located. Besides Ft Myers Beach and Sanibel which are only 6-7 miles away,
we are close to the Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins training ball parks.
Fishing is available off the dock in the back yard or by boat. A fuel dock is on the next canal over for
convenient fueling.
You can bring you own boat, or rent one from a nearby marina. What a great
place to Kayak down the canals and get to see the natural scenic views.
