charming villa with high wall of red bougenvilla for privacy.. large swimming pool and spar all over looking eisenhoewer mountain..5 bathrooms and three large bedrooms, master with beautiful views of mountains fireplace and california king bed and very large master bath room and dressing room with jacuzzi tub.each of the other bed rooms have full baths and views . all rooms have t.v.s maid with assistant comes once a week to clean and change sheets.pool man twice a week and gardners once a week....owner has home in spain while renters renting. therefore overseer will be contact...house is fully furnished with owners antiques and fine paintings an excellent rental for adults.... beautiful orchard oranges, lemons, grapefruit and tangelos just out side kitchen.... also herb garden
