Thank you for visiting "Searenity" at Gouldsboro Point. Our carriage house is truly tranquil and  
peaceful.  Watch the boats cruise around Lobster Island or the breakers hit Sally Island Ledges.   
Enjoy the seagulls, heron, ducks, seals, and other sea life as you kayak (we include three)on  
beautiful Gouldsboro Bay. 
 
This new one bedroom carriage house includes a large bedroom with queen bed, luxury bedding and  
reading library with overstuffed chair and views of the bay. Living room has Satellite TV and  
windows overlooking the bay. New kitchen with glass top range, dishwasher, and refrigerator fully  
equiped for your pleasure in dining. Bathroom with ceramic tile floors and fluffy towels.  You do  
not need to bring linens we have provided quality linens for your pleasure.

Full New Kitchen w/dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, glass top stove, blender, toaster,  
coffemaker, spices, papertowels etc.

Housekeeping is available during your stay ($20 per hour, not included in your rental quote)

We are only 15 minutes to Acadia National Park Schoodic and 35 minutes to Acadia National Park Mount  
Desert Island. We will gladly help you obtain local lobster and help you set up and cook it if you  
wish.  We can prepare you complete dinner any evening you wish with advance notice and agreed upon  
fee.   
 
We have an exceptional local restaurant for wonderful native fish.

50% deposit at the time of reservation, and remaining 50% two weeks prior to arrival. Checks or  
money orders only.  Security deposit $200. ***Please add 7% sales tax to all rates.
