Vacation Rental Description

This secluded, cozy, get away is located six miles from Hunter  
Mountain and one mile from North and South Lake on the Mountain  
House Road in Haines Fall, New York. Nearby is Katerskills Falls and  
Route 23A. 
This fully furnished chalet with a wood stove, and  fire place, has  
a deck area with a grill for barbecuing. There are three full  
bathrooms. Three bedrooms. One king, one double, two twins, and a fold out couch.   
Master bedroom has a walk-in closet and full bath with a jetted  
tub.  T.V. three standard for  viewing and a new  
DVD/VCR in the living room with surround sound. 
 
Recreational room on the lower level has bar, pool table, TV, dart board,   
full bath, laundry room with washer and dryer  and a separate entry  
from the rest of the house.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Other amenities include microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, fully  
equipped kitchen, cooking utensils provided, linens provided,(bring  
your own towels) Driveway is paved and flat. Wireless internet.

Activities and Attractions

Skiing, snowboarding and snow tubing! Cross country skiing. Snowmobiling and four wheeling. Golf and  
miniature golf, hiking trails, horseback riding, paintball, canoeing, paddle boating, swimming,  
fishing, and  
beaches and camp grounds. Biking, skate boarding, a local fitness center and plenty of fine dining  
and shopping  
available.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates are based on the season, number of people in the party,  
availability, and the duration of stay. The property is available on  
a weekend (two night minimum), weekly, or monthly bases. Holidays  
are subject to higher rates.  
 
Christmas  = three night minimum if includes Christmas Eve.  
New Year's = five night minimum 
Other holidays = three night minimum 
 
Other fees:   
$35.00 change in reservation fee 
Security deposit required on all bookings 
$100.00 departure cleaning fee  
 
Fifty percent of your fees are due at the time of reservation.  If  
you cancel the reservation 30 days prior to your arrival date you  
will be refunded the cleaning fee and security deposit, but we  
reserve the right to retain the rental amount.  If we are able to re- 
book the property for all or part of the intended rental period, we  
will refund the rental amount or part thereof.
