Vacation Rental Amenities

Nicely furnished with queen bed in master bedroom, walk in shower,  
twin beds in second bedroom, tub/shower in 2nd bath. Can sleep six 
with sofabed. Cathedral ceilings. Screened lanai/porch. Kitchen fully 
furnished with dishes, cookware, utensils, microwave, toaster oven, 
electric grill, coffee maker, blender, mixer, slow cooker, etc. 
Spices, kitchen staples, starter paper/plastic, laundry and cleaning 
supplies. Air conditioning, ceiling fans, washer and dryer, 
dishwasher, 2 cable televisions, VCR & DVD player, radio 
and CD player with CDs and movies. Bed and bath linens. Local 
telephone service. Basic cable. Sorry - No pets, No smoking.

Activities and Attractions

Next to golf course with others from par 3 to professional. Friendly 
people, quaint shops, flea market, and many fine and fun restaurants! 
Forty minutes to Englewood beaches or Fort Myers beach, less than two 
hours to Cypress Gardens, two and a half hours to Disney World. Fish 
off the docks, or charter a fishing or sailing boat in beautiful 
Charlotte Harbor! Or take a charter boat ride up the Peace River to 
see alligators, herons, cranes. Near Fort Myers and Sarasota for 
shopping, art, festivals, more fine restaurants and many other 
attractions! New docks with access by canal to Charlotte Harbor.

April, May $1700. per month
June, July, August, September $1400. per month.
October, November, $1800. per month 
December a deal at only $1900. per month!
Minimum one month rental.
