Private elevator is included in the rent. Situated just 100 yards from the sand, you can easily walk to either the beach (325 walking steps) or Seaside from this elegant beach home. Ground Floor: Unique efficiency bedroom opens out to the pool area and features a full kitchen, Queen Murphy bed, full bath with shower, a loft area with California King mattress for the kids, TV, DVD and café table for casual dining. Laundry room with super capacity washer/dryer.

Second Floor: You will find three bedrooms with baths on the second floor. King master has private balcony withAdirondack chairs, dresser, TV and a bath with double sinks and a shower. Queen guest room has a TV, balcony overlooking the pool and shares a tub/shower bath with the bunk room. Bunkroom equipped with two sets of bunks (4 twins) and a TV/DVD plus VCR.

Third Floor: The spacious great room that includes the living/dining and kitchen areas is located on the third floor to take advantage of the spectacular views. Gourmet kitchen features granite countertops and an island with 4 barstools. Living room has a sleeper sofa, side chair, large flat panel TV, DVD player, surround sound, gas fireplace. Dining table seats 10. Balcony off living area is set up with cocktail table and four tallAdirondacks plus a bench for enjoying the views. Half bath off kitchen. There is also a second master suite on this floor with a queen bed, TV, balcony overlooking the pool and adjoining bath with shower.

Fourth Floor: The private elevator continues all the way from the ground floor to the 4th floor tower room - making this house accessible to everyone in your group. Enjoy the spectacular views from the tower room with wall-to-wall windows and a cocktail bar ledge encircling the room. Relax at the end of the day with a glass of wine as you enjoy the incredible views from the wide porches on every level.

Outside: When not at the beach, relax by your 12x24 private, heated pool (heating fees apply) surrounded by lush vegetation and privacy fence. Outside hot/cold shower and half bath accessible to pool area. Take advantage of nearby bike paths to visit local shops and restaurants. Parking for 2 cars. Parking is very tight.
